The Dunalley Tasman Neighbourhood House and Tasman Landcare have partnered to bring a Dirty Weekend full of talk of soils and all things that spring from the dirt! There will be workshops on both the Saturday and Sunday with an opening night on Friday. Tas Fire Service working together with farmers and communities
The TFS have a variety of resources to assist you with managing your property for fire http://www.fire.tas.gov.au/Show?pageId=colPublications.
Tasmania Fire Service has produced a brochure in cooperation with the farming communities and the state fire management council. This brochure provides information about fire safety on farms, safe harvesting practices during hot and dry weather and safe cooperative working practices for farmers and TFS.
